Description

I am selling my great Ford Ranger + Bel Air Camper combo. This rig has served me well, but I've had an injury that has made camping a challenge. I intended to have this truck for a long time, so I've taken good care of it and made a bunch of upgrades. It's all set up and could be camped in the night you buy it. Serious offers only. The truck: - Registration good through 2025 - Strong 4.0L SOHC engine - 4x4 works great - I purchased and installed Ford OEM skid plates for the engine and transfer case - Relatively new BFGoodrich KO2 All-terrain tires - I purchased and installed new headlight casings, replacing the old cloudy ones - Interior of cab is clean, no tears in upholstery, etc - Dash lights were all recently replaced - Rubber floor mats - A/C and heater both work - The previous owner upgraded the radio with one that has bluetooth/USB - I've kept up with all regular maintenance and services with a Ford specialist mechanic - I built a small platform in the back for the dog to lay on and store gear underneath The camper: - Made by Bel Air in Orange County, custom built in 2020 - Roof has tracks compatible with almost any rack system - Both sides have fold down steps and handles, allowing access to the roof racks - Shell is fully insulated with the same insulation used for homes - 2 side screened windows + bulkhead window (does open, but no screen) - 12V Ventline Vanair electric forced air vent. Can be open and run, even with a roof rack system - 2 LED lights - I've added some hooks, shelves, curtains + removable window insulation, a thermometer/clock, and some interior locks - I built a sleeping/storage platform with 4 large cabinets, a large rear storage area, and a 'step in' area - Custom foam mattress pads (with washable covers) fit perfectly in the cabover storage area, can be set up as a couch, and are sized to allow access to still allow the cabinets underneath - ROAM 5x8 awning included, used only a handful of times The issues (see last few photos): - There is a paint scratch above the windshield on the passenger side - There is a small dent in the rear of the shell. Barely noticeable and completely watertight. - The emergency brake light comes on intermittently when the brake is not engaged - The microphone part of the bluetooth radio that would allow you to speak on a phone call doesn't work
